[issue145] kmail doesn't set mime boundary

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <[email protected]>:

kmail (Tag aegypten_2_0_0_pre3_release from today) doesn't set a mime boundary
anymore in multipart mixed mails.  See attached file for an example.  The
boundary is not even set if the body text contains "--"

mutt doesn't recognize attachments anymore with those mails.  KMail and oort
gnus do.
