Hi there again,

Due to some problems, we haven't been able to start translating yet. The 
thing is that, our supervisor wants us to provide a Windows binary no 
matter what. So we can't stick with Linux, as I've previously told we would.

Anyway, the question is: Can old versions of GPA be cross-compiled for 
Windows? If there are such versions, which one is the latest?
