[issue195] ocsp signer key selector offers the wrong keys

The ocsp configuration part of the S/MIME Validation tab of the Security &
Privacy Settings in KMail has a selector for the "OCSP responder signature". 
The key selector widget associated with it only offers key that the user can use
for signing.  This is wrong as it should be the key used for signing the
responses of the OCSP server for which the user will most likely not have the
private key.

Furhermore, the title of the setting should be e.g. "OCSP response signing key"
or something similar, since the setting is not a signature, but the fingerprint
of the signing cert.
