ägypten2 with kde3.2 pinentry-qt problem

hi

i just tried to install Ägypten 2 as described at
http://www.gnupg.org/aegypten2/index.html.

when i come to the 8:th step (pinentry) the configure
script cannot find Qt, and reports:

Pinentry v0.7.1 has been configured as follows:
Curses Pinentry: yes
GTK+ Pinentry: yes
Qt Pinentry: no
Fallback to Curses: yes

the configure output also says:
checking for Qt... no
checking if Qt compiles without flags... no

but Qt is installed and is version: 3.3.2-2.

what should be done to resolve this?
