[issue295] kmail encrypts entire mail though only attachment was to be encrypted

kdepim KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch from 20050119

Open the composer for a new email.  Add an attachment and some body test.  Mark
the attachment for encryption.  No other part of the mail is to be encrypted,
nothing is to be signed, in particular, the mail as a whole is not to be
encrypted or signed.  Send the mail.  The mail actually sent is encrypted in its
entirety, even the plain text part.
