Added <link type="application/rss+xml" ... /> to inform browsers that
we provide RSS news.  Note that at this time this <link> type is only
a proposal and not a standard (see
<http://www.w3.org/QA/Tips/use-links>).  Thanks to Diego 'Flameeyes'
