- added howto apply the patch for 1.4.1, and howto build your own deb packages

@Werner: please change the url of the patch to the official gnupg url

- added a daily usage chapter

    not yet able to fill it because I am not able to de/encrypt files and
    mails, also it worked some time ago with an older kernel an another card.

- wrote email to Nils (kernelconcepts) and added the information to the FAQ
