I am Mr.Olu Jacobs an Account Officer to Late MARK ELLINGTON an 
immigrant, who was a business man and building contractor in Nigeria. 
Here in after shall be referred to as our customer in Union Bank of Nigeria PLC
 
On the 21st of April 1999, our customer, his wife and their three 
children were involved in a car accident along Lagos-Shagamu express 
road. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost their lives.
 
I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the money and property 
left behind by our client In my bank,
before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable 
by the bank.
 
Particularly, the bank has issued me a notice to provide 
the next of kin or have the account confisicated within a short time. 
 
The deceased has an account valued at 10 million dollars. 
Since I have been unsuccesfull in locating the relatives for over 
2 years now I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin 
of the deceased, so that the proceeds of this account valued at 
10 million dollars can be paid to you and then you and I can share
the money. 50% to me and 40% for you while 10% will be for expences 
that might arise. I have all necessary informations that can be 
used to back up any claim we may make. All I require is your honest 
co-operation to enable us see this deal through.
