Updated versions of docs / HowTo ?

Hello,

I'd like to know if there has been any discussion about updating the
current docs and HowTo in the other languages linked currently in the
site ?

Some versions date from 1999, who is currently coordinating i10n for
the documentation ? And for the application (GnuPG) ?

Many thanks for any information, we're trying to integrate other
language documentation into the new WinPT installer (see :
http://sourceforge.net/projects/winpt/ )
