Please use GnuPG 2.5.17 for this becuase I do not think that we will fix
that in the 2.4 branch.  I am not sure whether a macOS version exists
but it should be not too complicate to build it for macOS.  BTW, we
consider to provide macOS versions in the not-too-far future.
