This has been discussed at length before. It is not something LibrePGP 
will be adopting on its own. LibrePGP does not innovate with new 
cryptosystems. It only uses vetted, peer-reviewed methods.

If NIST or other similar groups worldwide decide to adopt layered PQC 
then LibrePGP might adopt these (as yet non-existent) new standards.

If this is something you want, might I suggest talking to NIST?
