This test has been failing for us for a long time.

It seems depending on /usr/share/dict/words, and on our system it's from
https://github.com/cracklib/cracklib/releases/download/v2.9.11/cracklib-words-2.9.11.xz.

The test program outputs "get failed, no such key" on a very long (6341
characters) key generated from this word file. Removing the 5 commands
related to this long key hides the test failure.
