Typo in window title string for krbcc64s.exe

For krbcc64s.exe in 1.5.1.100.930, the window title is "Kerberos
Credendials Cache RPC Server".

The confusing part is, I don't see that string anywhere in the Heimdal
source, but the program running with that title is definitely
"c:\Program Files\Heimdal\bin\krbcc64s.exe"
