Most download links on https://www.h5l.org/releases.html are broken,
probably every *.tar.gz URL _older_ than 

https://github.com/heimdal/heimdal/releases/download/heimdal-7.1.0/heimdal-7.1.0.tar.gz

does not produce any desired result.
