*Apple's CryptoTokenKit breaks non-Apple software! *Only use OpenSC and
disable the PIVToken:



*sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security.smartcard
DisabledTokens -array com.apple.CryptoTokenKit.pivtoken*
