Hello,
At this moment, I think it is not supported in any released version of
OpenSC. But I was recently working on adding the support for IDPrime
3810 and and IDPrime MD 840 (I think -- the numbers are not written on
the cards and there is no specification) so feel free to try with the
following changes:

What ATR does your card report?

  opensc-tool --atr
