Remove aliases for IANA-GOST2012-GOST8912-GOST8912
"gost2012_256/512" sigalgs aliases of IANA-GOST2012-GOST8912-GOST8912 equals
to sigalgs of LEAGACY-GOST2012-GOST8912-GOST8912 so we can't distinguish
between them for the legacy algorithm
