Fix incorrect backport of "crypto/armcap.c: reformat MIDR CPU-model conditionals for readability"
Backport of commit d681e8b6bf09 "crypto/armcap.c: reformat MIDR CPU-model
conditionals for readability" has introduced checks that were not there
before, fix that.
