ci: Reduce mfail fuzz test to only few corpus samples
The fuzz_tests_mfail job ran malloc-failure injection over the full corpora.
The full run takes minutes, and with a bigger corpus, tens of minutes.
CI should only confirm that the fuzzers still build and process inputs with mfail.
Reduce the run to just a few samples, which is enough to let the test run.
