RSA_generate_key getting crashed

Hi

I have recently upgraded OpenSSL version  from 3.0.16 to 3.019.
After upgrade , one of thread is getting suspended in RSA_generate_key.
When I remove loop optimization -OL  from OpenSSL compilation, application
is working fine.

I have increase the stack and heap size , but it doesn't work
What is the difference in this version that is causing this behaviour.
What could be possible reasons for this
