What system/algorithm does your keyserver use to synchronize between servers?

You mentioned that the server will be compatible with present
keyservers, is that only PKS[2] or do you plan to support the SKS[3]
reconciliation algorithm as well?

I guess this is a unnecessary question but I'll ask it anyway: Will it
support photoID packets and multiple subkeys for example (RFC 2440 and
RFC2440bis)?

Will it be a commercial product? If so, what will it cost and on which 
operating system will it run on?
