Actually, no, it stops processing the keydump when it can't decode the
next packet.  Had it "kept going anyway," you'd see more messages and
some stats when the file completed.

Each file will stop loading when pks[client] hits a new-format packet or
other data it can't decode, so you really want a more pristine pks keydump.
