OK.  I've gone ahead and added you to my SKS ./membership file as
"keyserver.linux.it 11370" so you can add "skylane.kjsl.com 21370"
to yours and begin synchronizing at will.

It should be safe to drop the SKS servers:

  pgp.ael.be			(currently down)
  pgp.surfnet.nl		(pks is on horowitz.surfnet.nl)
  keyserver.noreply.org
  sjbcom.com
  fabbione.net
  thedungeon.dnsalias.net

unless their admins want sync. redundancy in case their "sks recon"
processes fail and/or to receive keys up to several minutes faster
than via gossip.

Please keep kjsl.com in both.

BTW, this list is only up to 64 subscribers out of 261, so you might
need to contact some admins directly.
