I saw exactly 6 sync. emails from dmzs.com on the 14th.

DMZ (BCC'd), is http://www.dmzs.com/tools/security/pks.phtml intended
to be a well-synchronized, public keyserver?

I think the cryptnet keyserver has been removed.
http://gnv.us.ks.cryptnet.net/ca/ leads to:

The requested URL /en/search.cgi was not found on this server.

and there is no mention of it on:

  http://gnv.us.ks.cryptnet.net/

But if you want the software, you're still in luck:

  http://gnv.us.ks.cryptnet.net/fsp/cks/
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/cks/
