For the past 3-4 days (at least), http://keyserver.veridis.com:11371/
has pointed to http://keyserver.veridis.com:11371/nosubmit.jsp , which
has said that adding keys would be possible within 24 hours.  Now, it
doesn't give a specific date.  This is because their "database is being
thoroughly checked in read-only mode."

It doesn't seem to have synchronized in at least the last 24 months,
however, based on the lack of recent signatures on your key as well
as mine.
