rediris pgp keyserver bounces

I'm getting lots of bounces like below;
some kind of email access rule looks like it's being
invoked, but why?

We seem to be getting updates from pgp.rediris.es.

I've tried contacting them, but got no response.
Is the admin on the mailing list, or does anyone know
how to reach them?  Thanks, ==mwh
