Note name changed (again) from keyserv to keyservER.  Both work for now.

The DB was just rebuilt from a (now 5-day old) dump and appears to be
in good health.

I will be out of the country until the 21st, but will try to check my
e-mail daily.  Let me know if something is not kosher.

And just to restate it: thor.chguernsey.com is no longer a keyserver.
