I'm pretty new at all of this pgp/gpg stuff, and I'm supposed to setup a hkp compatable keyserver. I really like how pgp.mit.edu is setup (at least from the user point of view), and was wondering how to do that. The config file doesn't give me any information about how to do that. When pksd is running, and I try to send it a key, I get: $ gpg -v --keyserver hkp://10.1.1.21 --send-keys 0x4EF44018 gpg: failed sending to `10.1.1.21': status=400 <HEAD><TITLE>400 Bad Request</TITLE></HEAD><BODY></BODY>?? This is on FreeBSD 4.9-STABLE. I don't really care what key server I run, but I don't want it to suffer from gnome-itis[1]. [1] Gnome depends on more things than is funny. I want the keyserver to only depend on itself, and maybe a generic SQL interface, maybe the option of LDAP, or berkeley db. -- If I had any humility I would be perfect. -- Ted Turner
