I haven't had a working windows development setup since the binaries
were built, so I'm afraid not. The old driver will not work with newer arlad
due to nnpfs' updated binary protocol, and unfortunately most of the
changes since 2004 have not been implemented in the windows driver.

If you want to compile it yourself I would recommend trying 0.36 or 0.37
(under arla/old/ on the ftp site). They should be similar to my build. 0.90
included some major changes to how the cache works, but code before
that may work with fairly small changes (up to arla-0.44-branch).
