Arla and MacOS X on intel

For the Mac users:
AFAIK, arla-0.41 and later should work about as well on intel as it does on
ppc, but I don't have any apple hardware to try it on. If you happen to
have access to such a box and want AFS to work, I'd gladly guide you
through the steps.

I most likely won't build any intel binaries until I have such hardware
around, but there's no reason for prospective users to wait for that...
