Problem in creating module for nnpfs

I tried to compile arla-0.36.2. I run ./configure with the given below options. ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --with-krb5-lib=/usr/lib/heimdal-servers/ --with-krb5-include=/usr/include/ --with-sys=/usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.8 But it shows the status as, config.status: error: cannot find input file: doc/Makefile.in It creates Makefile for nnpfs. So I run make in that nnpfs/linux directory.
