as promised: testing on openbsd

RC2 works out of the box on OpenBSD3.8:
- do kernel build magic up to make depend
- configure, make, make install
- put startarla in rc.securelevel
- reboot & enjoy

I'm doing a checkout now of 3.9, which will be released on may 1st;  
to see if that will bring up issues...
