[AVFS] latest commits

Hi all,

I just committed the first bunch of patches. The changes includes:
 - the bugfix for the extfs module discussed lately
 - I integrated two patches from the patched avfs version from Zemljanka
   Commander team. There was one bug in virt_link and one bug when
   getting ftp files from the root directory.
 - the ftp module now supports files larger than 2GB
 - the ulha extfs module had problems with file names containing spaces
 - I also updated the other extfs modules to the current mc-4.6.1
   versions.

Other improvements will follow.
