[AVFS] ftp problems with ncftp server

Hi,

I got a report about ftp not working for a ncftp server. The reason is
the LIST command sent by the ftp module. The ncftp server does not allow
the argument "-an". The easiest solution is to just use "-al". I
already tested it and it works but of course the user/group aren't
numerical. The ls parser can handle this although the parser looks up
the wrong names. A nicer solution could be a fall back to "-al" only if
"-an" gives a ftp error but I don't think it's worth the effort. What
is your opinion?

There is another small problem with the ncftp server. For whatever
reason the server waits a second before responding to the NOOP command
which is used to test the connection. Is this something we should care of?
