[AVFS] REQ: Stabilize AVFS 0.97

I think, Ralf, after you have a chance to review the _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64
issue with 64 bit processors, it would be wonderful to add 0.97 to the
Files directory so users not using cvs can benefit from all your hard work.

As you know, I've been using the cvs version regularly, and on a constant
daily basis. With the very significant enhancement of being able to follow
symlinked compressed files in place, this version definitely deserves to
be put as the current stable version.

While I cannot attest to preload, coda, or the libraries, the fuse part
works great!
