[AVFS] CVS update: bzlib update and bugfix in zlib

Hi,

I just updated the bzip2 library to version 1.0.3 so all known bugs in
bzip2 are also fixed in the avfs version. I also committed a bugfix for
a problem I found in the (avfs specific) zlib code when accessing a
tar.gz file. The save/restore code for inflate states didn't handled
fixed huffman trees correctly.

And now to completely different story:

I'm currently working on a new ftp module with read and write support
but without a file cache. Based on this code I hope to implement a sftp
module with decent read and write support.
A working prototype for the ftp module already exists.

However, I have two questions to all users:

1.Is anyone interested in the ftp module at all?
2.Can someone recommend a sftp implementation?
  Currently I considering libssh which is a rather unknown library. The
  advantage is the POSIX like interface which should make the
  implementation easier.
  I also consider the PuTTY implementation and of course the openssh
  code but they are complete ssh implementation so isolating the sftp
  code can be harder (and then there's always the usual license problem)
  Any other suggestions for sftp libraries I should take a look at?
