[AVFS] Towards a new AVFS version

Hi all,

long time no see/hear/read. I want to udpate AVFS and build a new 
version soon. I have committed some changes in the past, the most 
significant are support for lzma/xz and a new ftp module with write 
support (ucftp). What's left on my agenda for 0.9.9 is:

  - update extfs handlers (iso9660 for example has some problems
    currently)
  - add some new extfs handlers (dar, maybe other)

I will also take a look in my inbox to work up some old requests but if 
anyone of you want some specific things going into 0.9.9 (or maybe a 
following version) feel free to send your ideas to the list.
