[AVFS] new avfs release 1.0.0

Hi,

I have uploaded a new version of AVFS. There are no significant new 
features but a bug in the namespace module has been fixed which could 
lead to crashs in multi-threaded environments. Since the version number 
scheme doesn't allow any larger minor/patch numbers, this is also the 
1.0.0 release :-)
