So these lines from README are not valid anymore
  mkdir tarfile.tgz#+  
  cp -a dir tarfile.tgz#+/
:-(

In testrun.c example is writing to bzip2 an gz archive!?
If not, what's a huge regression!
Writing to some archives via Midnight Commander is possible.  Is still
'extfs' usable?

In TODO is:
Write support for:
  - ftp
  - floppy
  - dav
  - ugz
  - ubz2
  - utar
..not a word about ZIP
