[AVFS] new avfs release 0.9.6

Hi,

I just released a new avfs version which contains only some bug fixes.
The most important bug was the wrong return value of the close()
operation which didn't returned any error code. On some filesystems (NFS
for example) write() is successful even if the partition is full but the
final close() operation will fail. Any program using avfs wasn't able to
detect this.

extfs was fixed so patchfs works again and the urar module was improved
so it will (should) be able to access rar archives from newer rar version.
