Only patch ext3_fsblk_sector_t.patch relies on this patch, just FYI, and
that's the place we use the SECTOR_FMT so far.

I would prefer to put this ahead of on-disk >32 bit changes, so we could
catch up any warnings when we change on-disk block to
sector_t/ext3_fsblk_t.

The next one ext3_get_group_offset should stays together with this patch
as it's a optimization of this patch.

The missing parts to complete this series are:1) forward port Alex's
extents patch on top of this series, 2) the JBM kernel fs block changes,
as well as 3) the updated 64bit metadata changes.
