The extents patches have a few problems reading existing, non-extents
32-bit ext3 filesystems when used on a kernel that's running with
CONFIG_LBD set. This patch series fixes up those problems and also
brings the superblock definition in the extents patches uptodate, to
avoid compatibility problems if used with a recent mkefs.
