That really depends on how it would be done.  Simply flagging a
filesystem as "actively in use" probably wouldn't work, for example,
because it's hard to see how to distinguish between a filesystem where
the flag was set due to being mounted elsewhere, and one which merely
*used* to be in use by a node which has now died.
