hi,

i've had some issues while trying to use e2fsprogs on a 20TB partition, here
are some fixes:
	- make e2fsprogs pass all tests except 'f_lotsbad'
	- fix various bugs in e2fsprogs that appear only on
	  file systems larger than 16TB

e2fsprogs-1.39:

	15-pblk_fix

don't use of uninitialized variables in fsck, (bug
intruduced by the "pblk" patch). This patch have to be
applied on top of the "pblk" patch.

	17-blk-64bit-fixsb

fixes the super block structure so it is compatible with the
		kernel's one

	18-blk-64bit-desc48

		add bg_{block_bitmap,inode_bitmap,inode_table}_hi fields in
struct ext2_group_desc and use absolute block numbers. While
this is not necessary, IMHO this is simpler than relative
addressing, and this change make e2fsprogs "just" work.

	19-blk-64bit-fixu32

replace __u32 -> blk_t to avoid overflow in
		check_super_block(), also changes 0 -> 0ULL in order to
		avoid compiler warnings

	20-blk-64bit-compat

replace RO_COMPAT_64BIT -> INCOMPAT_64BIT, (as it is already
		in the kernel)

linux-2.6.18-rc4:

	64bit-metadata-absdesc

this is the kernel side of 18-blk-64bit-desc48 patch. It
		adds bg_{block_bitmap,inode_bitmap,inode_table}_hi fields in
group descriptors and removes relative adressing.

Except 15-pblk_fix and the kernel patch, all of the attached patches are
supposed to be applied on top of the Andreas extents patches and the latest
sf.net patches.

A working combination of patches against linux-2.6.18-rc4 and e2fsprogs-1.39
can be found here:

http://www.bullopensource.org/ext4/20060825/ext4-linux-2.6.18-rc4.tar.gz

the next step whould be to do some cleanup and merge Eric's diffs.

cheers,
