Greg,

can you mail me your detailed configuration? How many qlogic boards do
you have in one server. How is you RAID configuration? 
There is one thing I can imagine. The newest qlogic driver has multipath
support integrated. I once had the problem, that the qlogic driver
thought I have only one partition with multipath instead of two
partitions.  

How many drives sees the qlogicfc driver ?
