__get_metapage: unable to handle kernel paging request

Hi,

I'm getting the below Oops consistently during boot on powerpc with root
on JFS. The filesystem is clean before the boot. I cannot reproduce this
on x86_64.

The Oops happens in insert_metapage() on the following line
  l2mp_blocks = L2PSIZE - page->mapping->host->i_blkbits;
because page->mapping is NULL.

That's as much debugging as I can do at the moment without help. If you
have any suggestions or want me to try things please let me know.
