In openSUSE Leap15 support for mounting JFS during installation is being deprecated, according to this bugreport: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1078552 because "support for JFS upstream has been dropped" amd "Both [jfs and reiserfs] has been discontinued by upstream, not (open)SUSE. That leaves very few options for us."
