[PATCH] jfs support for pages larger than 4K (0 of 12)

The following is a large patchset to allow jfs to work on architectures where
the page size may be larger than 4K.  I have pushed these changes to
	http://jfs.bkbits.net/linux-2.5
for inclusion into the next -mm kernel.

These patches were extracted from bitkeeper, and due to some conflicts with
other patches pulled into the mainline, won't apply cleanly to the mainline
kernel.  The best way to test the code would be to use the bitkeeper
repository or wait until the next -mm kernel (2.6.12-rc1-mm5?).  I can make
alternative patches available upon request.
