Harald Barth joins Council of Elders

The OpenAFS Council of Elders is pleased to announce that Harald Barth
(KTh, Kungliga Tekniska högskolan [Royal Institute of Technology] Stockholm
Sweden) has accepted an invitation to join the Council.  Harald's name will
be familiar to those who have followed OpenAFS development since the
formation of OpenAFS.  He is an active supporter of both OpenAFS and Arla.
Harald joins the other members of the OpenAFS Council of Elders:  Russ
Alberry, Jeffrey Altman, Derrick Brashear, Todd DeSantis, Jim Rees, Jeffrey
Schiller, Laura Stentz, and Warren Yenson.  Welcome, Harald!
