An error in the script used to create universal binaries led to the 
1.4.1-rc10 MacOS 10.4 installer not including PowerPC archive libraries. 
This has been corrected and an updated installer is available. As before,
these can be accessed via the web at:

     http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/candidate/1.4.1-rc10/

or via AFS at:

     /afs/grand.central.org/software/openafs/candidate/1.4.1-rc10/
